A few of my friends and myself have been planning a trip to Iran early next year. I've done a bit of research and most reviews say Iran is incredibly safe for tourists despite how it is generally perceived. But I've heard that the timing is no good now and iran may be caught in wars soon etc. Although some say that's what the media always says, its still a bit unsettling.
