Flying through Beijing, kind of nervous

Hey /r/travel,

I know this gets asked a lot, but here goes. I'm not usually a nervous traveler but I've only done a long haul flight once before. That time was Chicago to Hong Kong, and felt like the longest trip of my life. I couldn't fall asleep, or seem to keep myself occupied, and felt mentally just unsettled. Do you guys have any tips for staying a little more settled on these flights? It'll be a 777 to Beijing, so I know a bit about the aircraft and what to expect there, but it's always so cramped anyway.

Thanks in advance!!
