Me and my friend are starting to plan a trip for Costa Rica in December. We plan staying on the east coast for ten days with an $800 budget not including airfare. We plan on staying in hostels and eating cheap to keep our costs down. Right now we are looking at going to Monteverde for a day or two then spending most of our time in Puerto Viejo and possibly hitting up Cahuita as well. Is there any other places we have time to got to while we are there?
