An elderly client of mine has a trip to Ireland coming up where they will visit Belfast and stay at the Europa Hotel. She called me this morning with "grave" concern that this is the most bombed hotel in the world and that Northern Ireland may not be safe. I know it's quite crazy to think this but what should I say to help calm her?
