I'm trying to decide between a hostel called The Green Tortoise and City Hostel. The Green Tortoise seems good because of the location, but it seems to be a big hostel, from personal experience that makes it harder to meet people. The problem with city hostel is that it's about a 15 minute walk from Downtown in BellTown, and I hear that whole area can get really sketchy at night. They say BellTown has a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants, but on google street view, it just doesn't look as lively as I would expect it to look; from what people say about the neighborhood. Can anyone one here give me some advice about which hostel might be the best to stay at? Thanks, I appreciate it.
