I flew in to Heathrow from San Francisco at around 10:15 am but we were not able to leave the plane until 11 because of all of the delayed flights taking up all of the gates. When we finally got off we realized how large what was happening was when we say the insane lines at customs and the giant line of people needing to rebook their flights. I was lucky enough to be able to re book my flight online but i was still stuck there for an extra 8 or 9 hours with my extra flight delay on top of that. Personally i spent this time drinking as much as possible (as an 18 year old its only natural.) Was anyone else there and what were your story of it all? P.S. if you happened to be working anywhere in the airport thanks for being awesome! it most likely wasn't your fault but you still had to take abuse from tons of angry people so thank you very much for putting up with them. Also P.P.S thanks to heathrow security because you are always super nice to me but i always see people yelling at you!
