I'll be in Canada towards the end of August and my father is gifting me some signed Dali lithographs that have been in the family for years. Whats likely to happen at the border, if anything, when I declare them? Does it matter that they are a gift? We are not sure of their exact monetary value, but I know they're not cheap. I'm just feeling anxious because we want to get them to the states and can't afford paying a fee to get them there.
