I am hoping to take a trip from Madrid all the way to Italy. Are there scooter rentals that I can take over boarders, and what kind of license do I need (Being in the US I have a US drivers license)? I was really thinking this would be the best way to experience Europe without restraints, and I'm obviously in the early stages of planning so I'm just getting a feel of plausibility and cost.
