13 hours in Shangai. I would help with my 'must see' list

My wife and I arrive in Shangai at 5am and leave at 8pm. We are hoping to get some authentic experincies in and make it back safe in time for our evening flight. We love dim sum, bubble tea and history if that helps. Thanks everyone.
