I'm a photo enthusiast who is planning on traveling to Vietnam, Isreal, etc. I am concerned with bringing my 15 inch MacBook Pro for security/weight/size reasons.
I use a GoPro Hero 3+ and a Nikon d800, and am wondering what the best tablet is to offload pictures from the respective memory cards.
I've seen recommendations for the iPad, iPad mini and Nexus 7.
My concerns with the iPads are that they won't be compatible with Nikon RAW. It seems like they are made for point and shoot cameras that store JPEG formats.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
