In a few years I want to do a round the world trip with my (hopefully three) children. By then the youngest will be six and I believe that is a good age to start a big trip. My questions are: How do I do it? What do I need for a family of 5 to travel for a year? My plan was to fly into the UK, buy a camper van and travel around the continent, ending with meeting family in India and flying back. How much money do we need? Where do I even start? Some websites and books would be helpful as well. We are all Canadian, although my husband can claim Irish citizenship and I am trying to convince him to do so. I also plan to homeschool on the road and want to spend the summer somewhere warm like Spain or Morocco.
