I'm flying this summer with a 42 hour layover in Rome. I really want to sleep on the flight so as to be as awake as possible in Rome. Can anyone recommend a neck pillow that they really like? I just saw the Evolution Pillow. Is it worth the extra money?
Any advice about helping me sleep on a long flight? Eat? Don't eat? Anything?
