My wife and I are major foodies and love an off the beaten path adventure. We are staying in Paris for 4 nights in September then we have 4 more nights to spend elsewhere in France before heading back to Paris and flying home. We considered renting a car and driving someplace scenic or hopping from town to town from night to night. Does anyone have any suggestions keeping in mind we love great food?
