I'm American and my bank doesn't offer the European card with the chip in it. I do however have credit and debit cards that are Mastercard and Visa which I know are used in Europe. I'll be traveling in England, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. How much cash should I pull and bring with me? All of it? Or should I bring half and then withdraw the rest of it as needed? What would you recommend? Thank you.
