hi guys, not sure if this is the place to be posting questions like this but I'm feeling very overwhelmed as I have never planned a trip on this scale. my girlfriend and I would like to spend 2-3 weeks in Bali. the first week is pretty well covered because we are looking to volunteer through lvhq. but the rest of the time is unaccounted for. we would like to see as much as we can of Bali. so does anyone have any suggestions as to places we need to see or stay at or eat at? a route we must take or places to hike? also I am an American, what is the process like for acquiring a visa? how long does it take? cost? I know that was a lot but anything someone could offer would be much appreciated. thanks!
