Hi,
I'm leaving for Austin in a week for a tech conference. I'll be staying there about 10 days (including 3 in Houston). I'm just looking for some general advice, and things to do/see in general, as I've never traveled before.
A bit about me:
- I've never traveled
- I'm traveling with my business partner, who has flown to the US before, but never to Texas
- I don't drink
- Interests: Geeky stuff (all kinds), good/cheap food, fun stuff in general
- I'm a programmer/web developer
- Our hotels aren't booked yet (problematic I know, but advice welcome)
