My girlfriend and I are Americans who have been living in Santiago, Chile for almost a year now. A couple months ago - for some reason - we bought a Boxer puppy, who is now 9 months old. We are beginning to plan our return to the US and have realized there are a lot of restrictions on Boxers (and similar short nosed dogs) for flying. Neither LAN or LAN Cargo will fly with them because of health risks. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get my lil Chilean pup to the US? I really want to bring her back but don't want to drain my bank account to do so. Any ideas are welcome.
