Itinerary check: 110 days in Asia

Hey /r/travel! Looking for some input, since I'll be getting these tickets pretty soon for a trip I'll be making starting in January of 2015. Been reading up on the whole problem with having to prove continued passage at boarders - so I figured I'd deal with that by flying from country to country and not staying longer than 30 days at any one nation.

Does this itinerary make sense? Can it be done? Should some country be replaced? Ideas, suggestions, what-have-you, please.

Days 1-5: Fly to Singapore

Days 5-32: By train to Malaysia. Head up to Georgetown and back down to Kuala Lumpur.

Days 32-60: Fly from Kuala Lumpur to Ko Samuai, Thailand. Bus/train to Chiang Mai (with stops in Bangkok/wherever).

Days 60-88: Fly from Chiang Mai to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Make our way up to Hanoi.

Days 88-95: Fly from Hanoi to Hong Kong

Days 95-110: Fly from Hong Kong to Taipei, Taiwan. Travel 'round Taiwan and then fly home.

Many thanks!
