I'm about to embark on world tour with my significant other. We've got one way plane tickets purchased. We're looking into travelers insurance options; anyone have experience with World Nomads?

It seems the price for World Nomads has gone up recently (I have been checking every so often). Does anyone have this insurance? Is it worth it? It would cost $670 for me and my partner for 6 months. Any insight would be much appreciated!
