I'll be visiting London from NYC for almost all of July and found some dirt cheap flights to some cities. Planning on visiting one for probably 3 days. I don't want go to somewhere boring and run out of things to do within a day, but I also don't want to go somewhere huge and be completely overwhelmed with a short period of time. I'm not on a tight budget, but would like somewhere with relatively affordable hostels or hotels that is easily accessibly from the airport. Currently thinking about:
Oslo, Stockholm, Aarhus, Billund, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Dublin, Cork, or Shannon.
Suggestions? I'll be going back to Europe for a few months next summer, so if there's somewhere awesome to see that deserves more time or somewhere with other good cities around it, I can always go in 2015!
