Me and my sister (and maybe my girlfriend) want to celebrate New Years Eve somewhere in Europe. My sister has this thing to celebrate it every year at a different place. It's not my tradition but i like it. What i haven't done is celebrating NYE in sand and surrounded with warm temperatures. We've done a'dam and berlin. So, those are off the list. The priority is cost, then temperature and vibe of the place. City/town/hill doesn't matter as long as it's a celebration worth. Any advice?
