My dad, little sister, and I will be flying into Zurich in a couple weeks and have 11 days in which we'll be traveling the area between Zurich and Vienna where we're leaving my sister to study for the summer. Our tentative schedule so far: Arrive Saturday and spend the weekend seeing Zurich. Monday my dad is visiting his company's home office just over in Uzwil, Switzerland and we have no plans yet. Tuesday and Wednesday we plan to spend traveling to and seeing Munich. Thursday we plan on making our way over to Vienna and seeing the city and area for 2-3 days. That's as far as we have planned and are considering day trips to Budapest and/or Batislava but not sure if that makes sense when having only one day. Any feedback on what things to make sure to see, things to avoid, or additional destinations would be great. For reference- we will be renting a car, the lodging is being covered by my dad's company which gives pretty generous options if there are any cool places you recommend staying. Interests are mainly authentic cultural experiences, natural beauty, and history. Not much into night life or spending much time on art. Thanks in advance.
