I'm planning out a 6 day road trip across the states for July and was wondering if a hybrid would be the best option for my rental car? I don't know anything about them, but I assume I would save $ on gas. It's about $60 more to rent a Prius than a Ford Focus or similar. I'm on a tight budget for this vacation, so if I could save a bunch on gas that would be excellent!
