Lost medication in Punta Cana!! Need advice/tips please :(

Sometime this morning, I lost my boyfriend's medicine at a buffet in our resort. He has arthritis and it gets difficult for him to walk without it. We talked to guest services and they tell us that nothing has been found. What should we do??
