I'm going to China in August. As an european I don't have any medical insurance therefore I need one. I've checked world nomads site and their offer looks very good. At least compared to the "traditional" ones that I can find here in Italy, that offer me less protection for more money. I discovered them after reading their name multiple times in old posts that I've searched in this sub and in other forums.
Did anyone here ever got the need to use their services (hope not but... shit happens)? IF so... Any problems? Would you recommend them? I don't care very much for flight delay insurance, baggage loss and similar things, medical expenses, medical emergencies and medical evacuation are the big deals for me!
