I'm planning to take a month long trip on August.
I have 3 different destinations in mind - Northwest US (Oregon, Washington, Maybe Vancouver), Northeast US (Maine, Vermont, Maybe Noav Scotia), or Northeast Canada (Newfoundland)
My idea of travelling is to rent a car - and just roam around and sleep in B&B's and the such (I'm travelling alone so I'm not into camping on my own). I would prefer colder weather (I understood that it's quite worm in the Northwest/northeast in the summer)
I'd love to hear your input. I'm not looking to see "as much as possible" - just want to take it easy and see nice places. I'm more into mountains, rivers, cliffs than plateaus.
I was worried about Newfoundland because it seems so vast and huge that I'll have to drive a lot and would have a hard time finding accommodation due to the population disparity.
Thanks for any help!
