So I was thinking of traveling to Banff in August for 5 days. I want to be as frugal as possible during my trip and was looking for a cheap campsite within a nice area of the park. Any suggestions? Also are there any good hiking trails you would reccomend? As far as transport, I also saw there was the Banff AirPorter shuttle that runs from the airport straight to the town. Are there cheaper ways to get there? I have never done a trip by myself before, and I know it isn't as extravagant as some trips on here but I could use the helpful advice. Thanks!
