Thinking about downsizing from my Osprey Porter 46. Anyone have experience with this pack or company?

I'm headed off to Europe pretty soon and don't want to risk running afoul of RyanAir's hand baggage rules. The Porter 46 seems to be a little too big, so I found this bag. What does r/travel think of it?
