I will be traveling with my college roommate to NYC for 6 days at the end of June. We will be staying at my sisters apartment on the lower east side. I have already been to NYC 3 times in the past 10 years so I have seen most of the touristy stuff (times square, statue of liberty, etc.) What I am wondering what are some hidden gems in NYC that most be dont think of doing? I love to walk and take the subway so I am open to go anywhere and do anything. I would appreciate suggestions from locals and other vistors! Thanks
