Is my 2.5 week in Thailand too ambitious?

Before I start my wall of text, I'm planning on going to Thailand the end of December and early January for 2.5 weeks with my boyfriend. I haven't booked anything yet so nothing is set in stone. Please let me know if my itinerary is too busy.

Current itinerary:

Bangkok (4 days) - Old city to see the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun; Chatuchak Weekend Market; Daytrip to Ayuthaya; Muay Thai fights at night

Chaing Mai (5 days) - Baan Chang Elephant Park; Tiger Kingdom; Dpo Suthep and other temples; cooking class; night bazaar

Krabi (5 days): Island hopping to Railay Beach, Hong Island; Tiger Cave Temple; Hot springs at Nomtok Ron

That basically leaves me three days (technically two since I'm flying out on the last day). I was thinking of going to Kanchanaburi for two nights when I come back to Bangkok from Krabi but I don't want to rush back to Bangkok for our long flight.

I have an excel spreadsheet of all the potential costs. I'm staying at all SPG hotels so I have enough points for those nights. Activities and airfare will run around $1,500 and I am budgeting $400 per person for taxi, food and shopping. I'm trying to keep costs down as much as possible. I have 50k in Skymiles but its definitely not enough for flights. Still unsure what to do with those points...

Does this seem reasonable? Would it be worth it to go to Cambodia for two days instead and see Angor Wat?

Thank you for all reading my wall of text!
