Hey there everyone, I am currently in Lisbon after a having spent a month here and traveling across Portugal, it's a great place and I would certainly recommend it. My problem is of a different nature though: I bought some things while here and now have extra luggage to take back with me. Usually this would be a simple process online but the website of flight agency Transavia (www.transavia.nl) is currently offline and their call center does not seem to be operating (+31 0900 8051). I know I should have probably booked my extra luggage sooner but this is a very weird predicament.
Will the airport charge me the same amount for the extra luggage or will there be an extra fee, if it's even possible at all(?) Any help would really be appreciated.
TL;DR: Flight agency's website down, cannot connect to book extra luggage, unsure if said luggage can even be taken or if a higher price would be charged, any help appreciated
