Hi! My gf and I are in the early stages of planning a trip for January 2015. Right now we're thinking a week to 10 days in the middle of the month and would love to hear some opinions on Belize and/or CR. We're into hiking and beaches and aren't concerned about night life stuff (live in Las Vegas...). Our budget is flexible, but we'd like to stay under a few thousand dollars. Thoughts? Thanks!
