My girlfriend and I will be travelling to Istanbul this September for about 5 days before flying on to Cappadocia. We were wondering if the lovely people of Reddit have any advice on exciting areas for a young couple to stay?
We are interested in seeing the old town during the day but also experiencing the night life in Beyoglu during the evenings. We won't be travelling on a shoestring but are trying to keep the budget for accommodation in the city fairly reasonable as we are planning to splash out a bit on a nice place in Cappadocia instead.
