I apologize if this is the wrong place, but I am unable to view the sidebar on my mobile phone. My flight from Shanghai to Incheon was delayed an hour and twenty minutes, causing my group of ten people to miss our transfer. We were told to take the flight here and when we arrived, no one from our airline (Asiana) was available. We stayed overnight (seven hours) in the airport until six a.m. when the service counter opened.
Now we are being told that we just have to stick with being on a standby list for two flights to LAX (our destination), both of which are overbooked. It's looking bad that we have to spend another night with extremely low funds and low morale. What options are available to us? Please help!
