Hey guys, I'm moving from Ohio to Oregon, and have around a week to drive there, and I'm looking for some tips on scenic routes. I don't plan on spending too long checking things out, but if it's worth seeing I'll stop. The most important thing for me is to get the most scenic route there.
I want to go through the Badlands and Yellowstone. Can I just drive through Yellowstone? Is there a preferred route to take? I don't know if I should exit on the west side and take route 84 up to Portland, or exit on the north side and take route 90. Which way is more scenic?
Also, is there anything to do/see between South Dakota and Ohio?
Are there any good resources out there for this kind of information?
