All Inclusive in Cabo San Lucas, Swimmable Beach, Vegetarian Friendly?

We're looking for something in the range of $200/night, excluding flight cost. Looking for some luxury and water sports at the resort (snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing, etc). Close to nightlife would be a plus, but not a must.
