/r/travel snoo design suggestions

We’re long overdue a custom snoo for /r/travel, so any design suggestions would be welcome and we can pass them over to /r/redditlogos to create.

Bear in mind it would be preferable to not increase the height of the banner (120px x 40px) at the top, so any objects or props would need be to the left or right of the snoo.

Of course, if anyone here has the talent to create one feel free to post those below as well. Check the /r/redditlogos sidebar for blank templates.

Thanks!

Vietnam For 30 Days - Is My Budget Realistic?

I'll be backpacking from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City over the period of 30 days in March 2015, stopping into cities along the way.

I'll be staying in hostels most of the time but when I'm in places like Hanoi where the hotels are still extremely cheap I'll be staying at a hotel.

I plan to buy a motorbike when I get to Hanoi so travel is already covered (except getting to places like Ha Long Bay). But for the rest of the trip (food, hostels/hotels, sightseeing, etc) would $50 per day be enough? On a scale of 1-10 how comfortable would $50 per day allow me to live on if it is enough?

Where to Travel?

I'm 21 and currently living in the Middle-East. I really love travelling and I've been to UAE, India and Turkey so far. The problem is I don't earn yet and depend on parent's money. Where should I travel next so that it's cheap, adventurous, near, and gives the best experience? I'm trying to collect some money so I can travel to another country by next year. I would love to get recommendations.

Buying or renting a car in the US

Heading to the US early next year for a few months then heading onto Canada to work on a working holiday visa. We plan on road tripping across the south states of America. I have read it's more trouble than its worth to buy a car as a foreigner. Whats everyone's experiences and opinions? Any recommendations on buying or renting?

If this is not the place to ask then where should?

Thanks in advance guys!

Bally Chohan Travel Tips for Monsoon beauty of Goa

Bally Chohan (Baljinder) Travel Tips - Goa's weather/climate can be described as coastal in nature. Goa's climate in January and December are ideal to plan vacations. There are no extremes in temperature and no clear demarcations from one season to the other except for the monsoon. Know more about Goa's climate in this section.

6-8 week travel before full time job

I have been saving for a big trip after college (add in my signing bonus), and want to go all out. Once working full time taking more than 2 weeks vacation is impossible. One goal I have is I want to feel immersed/out of my comfort zone. I wanted to study abroad a semester but that wasn't possible.

Is $8000-$10000 enough to have spend 3-4 weeks around UK/Europe and 3-4 weeks in Asia after?

Friends

My friend and I are in Galway Ireland for the next 10 days looking for people to hang out with. We have nothing planned yet and are both 21. We are just looking for some good people to have a few pints with. MESSAGE me if want to join us for a pint of Jameson.
