My mother and I love traveling and we are looking for our next trip. Being a huge fan of Appallachian Blues, jazz, and all things southern, I have chosen our trip to be in the southern United States. Problem is, I have no where to start and no idea what to do! We love trying new food, seeing beautiful sites, and enjoying hiking (we're from Colorado) or even just walking around. We are avid urban explorers and would love to visit some plantations to pay our respects, considering her great-grandfather was a slave. We love music, seeing the ocean, and I love photography especially of architecture. We are looking for around $2000. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everybody!
