Trying to find the ideal place in Europe next summer for a family holiday, any ideas?

I am the eldest in a family of 5 (my parents, myself and 2 younger siblings), residing in the UK.

We're hoping to go abroad to Europe on a family holiday next summer, and I've been put in charge of finding the ideal place(s) for us to go. The general idea I've got is to find a central European city, and then we can then do excursions to places around and about (e.g. other towns, cities) as part of the trip.

So far I've been looking at one of Budapest in Hungary, Prague in the Czech Republic, Munich in Germany or perhaps Vienna in Austria.

Money isn't a huge issue in deciding where, but obviously, the cheaper the location the better. To accommodate for my siblings, weather should ideally be warm (we'd be going in mid July), at 25 degrees celsius or above. We'd be going for the culture side of things, rather than for a specially sunbathing or party atmosphere.

My parents have already ruled out Spain, northern France or Rome specially as they've already been there many times.

I'm slightly confused as to how to go about this!

Any advice, opinions or help would be really appreciated!

Thanks,

C.
