I currently have a 2 week trip planned to China in late September/early October. I will be meeting up with a friend in the second week, but have no plans for the first week. What are some things that I must see/do? I assume I will only have time to see 1 or 2 cities. What would a reasonable budget for 2 weeks be (not including flights)? Any advice for a first timer in China?
