going backpacking for three weeks in september. starting in dubrovnik, croatia & ending in krakow, poland.
thinking of renting a car in split and driving up the coast of croatia into slovenia. i guess my main question is regarding transportation from slovenia to budapest. do you think we should just drive to budapest and drop the car off there? or would it be more logical to leave the car in slovenia & take a train from there? i'm absolutely clueless regarding public transportation.
also open to any recommendations regarding things to see and do in any of these countries! thanks!
