Hello Americans,
I'm an Aussie traveling to New Orleans this Sunday, I'm going to be in the area for 8 days so I was thinking of hiring a car and seeing some countryside.. would you guys have any suggestions for a 3-4 day road trip around Louisiana/TX/Mississippi? I'd love to stay clear of tourists if that's possible, I just want to see what life is like in the deep south!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
