Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia, or Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary? Me and a friend are flying to Istanbul, and we'll be travelling up through either the Balkans or Central / South-east Europe. We're more into history/nature/hiking/food/culture than night life. Any ideas?
