hey everbody,
so i realize this is a pretty broad question and both cities are amazing and have a lot of cool things to offer. it won't really be comparing apples to apples. BUT i'd like to hear about some of your experiences so I might be able to better make my own decision.

Me: Canadian, 25, travelling on my own
Budget: $2000 - $3000
Timeline: August 29 - September 21
Interests: (in terms of travelling) food, city, culture and music
Berlin is a big draw for me because I'm really into good house/techno music. I've heard the music scene there is unparalleled and just a great time.
At the same time, Istanbul just screams adventure. The food, culture and everything else about it just seems completely different compared to where I'm from (Toronto, Canada).
I'm pretty torn. Do you guys have any thoughts?
