Hi r/travel!
I'm a novice traveler but trying to get my wings started this summer! I'm typing this from a small b&b in Kenting National Park, Taiwan. Gorgeous weather, beaches, and landscapes! I'm here with my family seeing relatives until July 20.
I return to America briefly and then go to London on July 22! I will be traveling by myself and meeting up with my girlfriend and her family in Croatia around August 2 or so. This is my first time in Europe, and the only places on my must-see list are London and Paris. With around 10 days to myself, I'd like to add only 1 or 2 more places to give myself ample time and not feel rushed. I've looked at so many places: Brussels, Amsterdam, Lyon, Geneva, Warsaw, Edinburgh, Dublin but I can't decide what else to add. Can you help with some suggestions and why, /r/travel? I enjoy cooking, food (plan to eat at a Michelin star restaurant if possible), music (classically trained in piano, violin, taught myself guitar and harmonica), biking, tennis. I will be a medical student in the Fall, so notable places of medical history would be interesting too! I would greatly appreciate your suggestions!
