Looking for a site that tells you the regional culinary specialties for a town/region/country. I.e. What to try on a trip

Something that would tell me that on a trip to Kentucky, i should look for hot browns and burgoo. Or in Issan, thailand try dishes with water spinach and drink mulberry tea. Any ideas?
