In Milan right now and our car just got stolen/towed we aren't really sure right now. Any advice on how to handle the situation?

My parents are at the police station right now and MD and my sibling are waiting at the hotel. I just need to know any little things we can do to speed up the process.

It was stolen/towed last night while we were sleeping.
