So a spontaneous trip to India has just been sprung upon my boyfriend and I. He is going over for work for a couple of weeks, and since we are so close anyway, we want to hop over to Thailand for a short stay.
The only problem being, it is peak monsoon season in Thailand from August to September.
Thailand is my dream trip and a little rain doesn't scare me, but I want to know what to be prepared for.
We heard that if you stay on the Gulf coast the rain is less intense. Anyone know more on
where to stay/what to be prepared for/sites to see close by?
