Has anyone got any advice for booking an all-inclusive resort in Mexico from the UK?

It's for our honeymoon next May and although I have found some good prices on Virgin, etc. but I haven't found much competition. We're heading to the Cancun/Rivier Maya area - any advice would be REALLY appreciated!
