So I'll be at the Sziget festival this summer from the 11th-18th of August and from there we'll be backpacking through Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy and France.
After Sziget we plan to stay in Budapest until the 21st of August and then head to Zagreb from the 21st-25th August. From there I'm not sure what way to go.
We plan to get to Venice on ~31st and I want to know if any of you can help me decide where to stop on the way and for how long.
Our provisional plan had us in Ljubljana (Slovenia) from the 25th-27th; Villah (Austria) from the 27th-29th and then Udine (Italy) from the 29th-31st. However, many people have been saying we should make sure to stay in Bled (Slovenia) at some point on our trip.
What I want to know is where we should fit Bled into our plan, how long we should stay there and whether we should swap it for one of the other stops?
I've heard Ljubljana can be seen in a day an our only reason for stopping in Villah an Udine is because they're en route with the trains.
TL;DR: Is Bled amazing an worth the extra travel time/not bothering with one of our other stops?
